Séverine and David (gayfriendly couple) propose to accomodate you in our quite big Parisian apartment (75m²). Our apartment is located at a very short walking distance from a main subway stop, at 4/7 subway stations from some main tourist places such as Montmartre & Pigalle (famous for its authentic village atmosphere and night life with all the cabarets, including the Moulin Rouge), Galeries Lafayette (famous department store), Opera, Les Halles (shopping center), Notre-Dame …

The apartment is located in a very natural environment. From the the 5th floor of our apartment, you have an amazing view on the “La Villette Basin” , bordered with a peaceful footpath.
Your room is very large (approx 25m²), sunny, with large windows and has been recently refurbished in a peaceful and relaxing style. The pull up convertible sofa is very comfortable and you can watch TV from your bed ! You will have full access to kitchen, dining room and of course bathroom (with bath). We provide also all house linen, electric device such as hairdryer … You will also be able to use our internet connection for your emails (for free) and phone (with our interesting phone rates).

Continental breakfast with coffee, tea, orange juice, fruits, yogurt, French bread and “croissants” will be served in the dining room. We will also be pleased to provide you with assistance for questions and help to organize your stay the best way (ex. : how not to queue for an hour or two at the Louvre museum …).

Being very outgoing persons, we like meeting people from all over the world.

Our fees (with no agency commission) are very affordable for Paris : 55€ / night for 2 (breakfast included), 50€ for 1 person.
